There is at least 1 Regional Director for each division/county.  They are the first point of contact for all captains and players in that division if you cannot get ahold of Kelly or Rich, to help field questions, rule clarifications, getting out information, changes, help to advise on handicap/start up handicaps, advise the League Operator of problems, make suggestions, help marketing efforts, and assist in the day to day operation of Keystone TAP in thier local area.  They are invaluable to the League Operator.  When speaking to them it is like speaking to the Operator.  This is just one of the ways to serve the players participating in Keystone TAP.
