Welcome to Keystone TAP's Website - Located in the Heart of PA !
TAP - The Association for P.O.O.L. (Privately Owned and Operated Leagues) Inc. was founded in 1989 by Loyd Schonter. TAP offers a way for pool players across the USA and CANADA to take thier billiards / pool game to the next level. We may not be the biggest, but we are the best !!
Licensees / League Operators own and operate leagues for certain counties in each state and providence.
Players pay a yearly membership, and weekly fee when they play. Winning teams go to titleholder events, after each 16 week session. There are three sessions per year, and three titleholders per year.
Qualifiers are held for individuals and teams to go to the NATIONAL event held every year in November.
TAP also offers its own "Rally in the Valley" event every March, in conjunction with Allen Hopkins' Super Billiard Expo. TAP has at Rally in the Valley, the Dream Team Event and singles, scotch double tournaments.
Handicaps are developed and maintained, based upon the players playing ability. Stats and Reports are created on a weekly basis. Presently, we are using POOL NET a new statistic system the Mr. Schonter was proud to release to the operators in March 2007. Operators are being trained currently and future updates will be given as we progress.

KEYSTONE TAP is the League serving Lycoming, Northumberland, Union, Snyder, Perry, Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lancaster Lebanon and Schuylkill counties located in the Heart of PA.
