Qualifications needed to play in Rally...
Player must have 6 matches in since September 2009, in 8 ball.
Player must have 10 lifetime matches in, in 8 ball.
Player must be on an active Roster and have played one match at the time of the event, in 8 ball.
Also, two 7's can be on the same roster, but they cannot play in the same round, especially when it comes to the single elimination brackets.
FOR Singles - NEW THIS YEAR - Singles will be a round robin event with a best of the rest - guaranteeing 4 rounds for singles, all handicaps.

TAP's Rally in the Valley event is held every March at the Valley Forge Convention Center.
The Super Billiards Expo produced by Allen Hopkins, has thier open event each year, along with vendors from all over the country promoting thier billiard products and supplies. TAP was invited to participate, hence the Rally in the Vallley event was formed.
Single events are also held as well as Scotch Double and Mini Boards.
