Rule books are distributed to each team, however you can view the rules online. The TAP rule book has two Keystone TAP players pictured in the background of the front cover. Jay Miller and his son Duane Miller. Jay plays on the 8 Ball "Woodys in the Nook" and 9 Ball "Nookie Cats w/9 Lives" teams in Upper Dauphin County. Duane on the 9 Ball "The Nook" Team also in Upper Dauphin County.
8 Ball Rule Book9 Ball rules have not been made a part of the printed rule book that is distributed to captains. 9 Ball is a newer format, and corporate will determine if more "tweaking" needs to be done and when the rules are ready for print. For now the 9 ball rules are available on line and are listed here. Thank you to Ashley Yuslum, Keystone TAP's 9 Ball League Director for typing them up for our league's use.
9 Ball Rule BookThe Keystone TAP By-Laws are still being written and reviewed. These by-laws are to clarify the TAP Rules and to advise the players in Keystone TAP what our administrative rules are. When completed they will be posted here.
